In Chef VS Challenge, super chef Chuck Hughes is on a top-secret mission to cook for hungry crowds across the country. In Oregon, near the picturesque Columbia River Gorge, Chuck boards an iconic train in the Pacific Northwestern forest surrounding Hood River. His challenge? He must prepare a fantastic four-course feast for 125 discerning dinner guests in a cramped kitchen on a moving train in under six hours but, first, he has to gather local ingredients. The guests have high expectations, so Chuck’s use of local ingredients like oysters, lamb, and rhubarb has to be amazing! The clock is ticking, his resources are limited, and failure is not an option!
