A Remarkable Story of Survival Comes to the Screen
On September 10, AMS Pictures welcomed eight USS Chopper deep divers and their families to Dallas for a special premiere of Crush Depth: The USS Chopper Incident.
The new documentary tells the extraordinary true story of the 1969 submarine emergency that sent the USS Chopper plunging toward crushing depths and the split-second decisions, courage and unlikely outcome that saved the men aboard.
Having so many of the sailors who lived through the incident together for the premiere made the evening especially meaningful and offered a rare opportunity to honor the men at the heart of the story.
Crush Depth: The USS Chopper Incident is now available to rent or buy on Prime Video.
